Komodo Vessel

"Komodo"is a shallow drafted 24 meter twin chine, twin screw vessel in full DPI survey.

She has a ships complement of 4 crew (plus 1 extra onboard for this specific project). All crew STCW ’95, project inducted and MUA compliant.

With comfortable living space, she makes an ideal work platform.

She can comfortably accommodate up to 17 personals. For this project we are providing services for up to 9 clients, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Including all meals, linen, cleaning etc.

She comes complete with A-Frame, winch, undercover work deck, RFDS medical kit, a MARPOL compliant sullage system. Full laundry facilities, entertainment areas and high speed internet connection.

For this contract she has a complete dive spread onboard including three faze compressor, dive hoses, a three man de-compression chamber, two full quads of oxygen and an air-conditioned control station for the dive supervisor built onto the back deck. She is currently on hire at Barrow Island assisting in the marine monitoring program. They are conducting shallow water coral surveys, water sampling including turbidity, salinity and suspended solids in conjunction with the dredge and other construction works under way at the island.
